Are you wanting to set goals for yourself but don't know where to start? We are here to help with 4 steps on the best way to set and achieve your goals. Whether you are wanting to set personal goals for your quitting journey or stay on track with your goals to eventually quit, here are some tips to help you along the way!

🙇🏼‍♀️ Start with the big picture as it gives your life a sense of direction. Ask yourself, what do you want your life to look and feel like in a year from now? And why is that important to you? Now write it down, preferably in your notes on your phone and set a reminder for 12/31/2025 to look at it. We truly believe in manifestation and that anything is possible once you set your mind to it. 🙇🏼‍♀️

📝Set daily goals that are achievable. When I was quitting kratom one of my goals each day was just to make it through the day with no kratom. Maybe a daily goal is to exercise, mediate, journal, not eat out or to make your bed when you get up, Think about things that you don't already do every day but that you know is possible to do and will improve your life even it's just a tiny bit. 📝

🤸‍♀️ Design your days and be intentional. Plan out your morning, afternoon/workday and evening routines. One of the most important things to remember is that your day is designed for you, it needs to work for you. Although routine is very important, don't be afraid to try new things and step out of your comfort zone. In fact, we highly recommend it as this will create new neural pathways in your brain and help get you out of ruts. .🤸‍♀️

🚧 Stay on course by reflecting and reviewing your goals throughout the year. It's common to set a lot of goals in the new year and forget to look back on them. Some people choose to review their goals daily, weekly or even monthly. We have a couple journal options on our website that can help with this part. But, maybe that should be a goal, to journal every day even if it's just for 5 minutes! 🚧

The only way out is through. Start with the big picture, set your goals, set up your days for success and stay on course. This is the year of you. You've got this!
