Good so far

I took a tapper off approach while loading up on QuitK. I was already doing a tapper for a few weeks when I found this product and was at one fourth my normal dose. I think I am 2.5 weeks into QuitK and yesterday was the first day I braved going to zero. The day was rough but not as rough as I expected which just tells me the vitamins and whatnot are helping. Today is day two, so far I am doing better than yesterday. I already feel less exhausted and a lot less stomach problems.

Hasn't helped me quit at all

If you are looking for something that eases the pain of withdrawals, this is not it. It might give you vitamins that you are missing out on but the withdrawals are exactly the same as the first time I quit.
